- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and baking powder until crumbly. Press half into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth. Fold in the berries gently.
- Pour the berry mixture over the oat base and sprinkle remaining oat crumble on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
