- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, and red wine vinegar until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F). Remove chicken from marinade and discard leftover marinade.
- Grill each breast for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with veggies or tzatziki sauce.
