  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. 3. Sauté the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. Warm the black beans: In the same skillet, add black beans and heat on low.
