  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 (15.25 oz) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
