Ingredients

  • Smoked sausage or Andouille
  • Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add chopped onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables soften, around 4-5 minutes.
