Description

Mint Chip Lasagna is a refreshing no-bake dessert that layers creamy mint and rich chocolate flavors, perfect for summer gatherings or special occasions. Easy to make and utterly delicious!


Ingredients

  • Chocolate cookie crust
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Powdered sugar
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Green food coloring
  • Mint extract
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Crush chocolate cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish evenly.
  2. In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add mint extract and green food coloring to achieve desired color.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Spread half of the filling over the crust, sprinkle with half of the chocolate chips, layer again with cookie crumbs, and then add more filling.
  5. Top with remaining filling and dust with cocoa powder or additional chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
