  • 1 can (14 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 large sourdough bread bowl

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut off the top of the sourdough bread and hollow out the inside, leaving enough crust.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté fresh spinach in olive oil until wilted (about 3–4 minutes).
  4. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, artichokes, and sautéed spinach; mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the hollowed bread bowl with the dip mixture.
  6. Bake on a baking sheet for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with pieces of the hollowed-out bread.
