Ingredients

  • Salt & Pepper
  • Egg Wash (1 egg + water)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté finely chopped sweet onions in butter until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix sautéed onions with shredded cheddar cheese; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares or rectangles.
  5. Place a tablespoon of the cheese-onion mixture in the center of each square, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Brush each roll with egg wash and bake on a lined tray for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
