Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch with salt and pepper; coat each shrimp evenly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Fry the coated shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to create the sauce.
  6. Drain fried shrimp on paper towels, toss with the sauce, and garnish with green onions before serving.
