Description

Indulge in a no-bake S’mores Cheesecake that melds creamy chocolate, crunchy graham crackers, and fluffy marshmallows for a delightful summer treat everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until sandy. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake crust for 10 minutes until golden. Cool while preparing the filling.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and sour cream; mix in vanilla.
  4. Fold in half of the chocolate chips. Pour filling over cooled crust and tap to remove air bubbles.
  5. Top with remaining chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Cool before chilling in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight.
