- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until sandy. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes until golden. Cool while preparing the filling.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and sour cream; mix in vanilla.
- Fold in half of the chocolate chips. Pour filling over cooled crust and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Top with remaining chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool before chilling in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight.
