  • 4 medium russet potatoes (about 800g), washed and peeled
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Toss the cubed potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned potatoes, spreading them out in an even layer.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on one side; then flip gently using a spatula.
  5. After another 5-7 minutes of cooking, sprinkle fresh parsley over the top.
  6. Once crispy and fragrant, transfer to a serving dish and enjoy hot.
