Instructions
- Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips for tenderness. Chop bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine beef strips with cornflour and a pinch of salt until well-coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Fry beef strips in batches until golden brown and crispy; drain on paper towels.
