Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather all ingredients.
- Dredge each chicken breast in seasoned flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat in a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; fry the breaded chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Transfer to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté chopped garlic for about 1 minute, then add heavy cream and let it simmer gently.
- Whisk in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and toss with the Alfredo sauce.
- Slice the crispy chicken and serve it on top of the creamy pasta.
