- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into even strips, about 1 inch wide.
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with panko mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange breaded chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
