  • 2 medium zucchinis (spiralized)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Spiralize zucchinis into noodles and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream and stir well.
  4. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Return chopped chicken to the skillet, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Gently fold in zucchini noodles; cook for about 2 minutes until slightly softened but al dente.
