- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 cup frozen peas
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Add vodka and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Stir in heavy cream, reduce heat to low, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Fold in cooked pasta, peas, and crispy prosciutto; toss to combine.
