  • 8 oz penne or rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz prosciutto, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
  3. Add vodka and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, reduce heat to low, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Fold in cooked pasta, peas, and crispy prosciutto; toss to combine.
