  • 2 leeks, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni or ditalini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
