- Gradually ladle in vegetable broth one cup at a time, stirring continuously until absorbed.
- Add broccoli florets when half the broth is used, continuing to stir.
- Once rice is al dente, mix in grated Parmesan and butter for creaminess. Finish with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
