- 1 cup wild rice blend, rinsed

- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and dice the chicken.
