  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 can black beans (15 oz)
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and rinse the black beans.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add remaining ingredients: Stir in diced tomatoes (with juices), black beans, corn, taco seasoning, chicken broth, and chicken breasts.
