Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cook chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes per side. Season as desired.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and place it in a bowl.
- Mix shredded chicken with mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, and fresh basil until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto flour tortillas and roll tightly into pinwheels.
- Place pinwheels seam-side down on the baking tray, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top.
