  • 1 bell pepper (red, yellow, or green)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese blend
  • 1 onion (yellow or red)
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning

Instructions
