  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

  5. Combine cooked pasta with the tomato mixture in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water as needed to bind.
